    Tuesday, September 3, 2019 The exclusion deadline has passed. Requests for exclusion must have been received no later than September 3, 2019.

  • Objection Deadline.

    Tuesday, September 3, 2019 The objection deadline has passed. Any objections must have been received no later than September 3, 2019.  

  • Settlement Hearing Date.

    Monday, September 23, 2019 The Settlement Hearing took place on September 23, 2019. The Settlement was approved. Please see the Final Approval Order for further details. 

  • Claim Form Deadline.

    Thursday, November 7, 2019 The Claim Form deadline has passed. You must have submitted your Claim Form no later than Tuesday, November 7, 2019.
